Un nouveau Chef à l'Insolito

Room 701

Le Boutique Hôtel Insolito accueille son nouveau Chef Carlos Cordeiro formé à l’Université de Vancouver. Il a notamment travaillé pour le célèbre restaurant Noma à Copenhague, élu meilleur restaurant du monde en 2010, 2011, 2012 et 2014 et troisième en 2015.

Passionné de cuisine Brésilienne, il promeut une cuisine locale avec des produits régionaux. Carlos Cordeiro recherche constamment la mise en avant de chaque produit afin de faire découvrir la richesse du terroir à ses clients. Le menu Insolito est ainsi basé sur des légumes de saisons et des fruits de mer locaux – « J’aime travailler avec ce que la nature a de meilleur à nous offrir, dont les fruits de mer de Buzios bien sûr ».

Le nouveau Chef veut ainsi proposer de nouvelles textures, de nouvelles saveurs et des expériences inédites.
